How do I order?
Add pieces to your cart and send your order on WhatsApp. We confirm the details with you there, including delivery.
Do you deliver outside Kuwait?
We deliver to all areas of Kuwait, and you can also collect from an agreed location. Outside Kuwait, the piece is sent unassembled with assembly instructions, and the cost depends on the destination.
How much is delivery, and when will my order arrive?
The delivery cost is stated in the quote we send you. Most pieces are made to order, so the delivery date is agreed with you when you order.
Can I choose my own colours?
Yes. Most pieces come in 16 paper colours, which you choose on the product page. For other colours or your own idea, ask for a custom piece.
What is the Handmade stamp?
A small Handmade stamp on your piece, in black, blue or green. It is free: choose it on the product page.
Can I return a piece?
Ready-made pieces and kits can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging. Custom pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
How long do the launch prices last?
Until 31 December. After that, the normal prices apply.
