Where we deliver

We deliver to all areas of Kuwait.

Delivery outside Kuwait is available: the piece is sent unassembled, with assembly instructions.

You can also collect your order from an agreed location.

Delivery cost and timing

The cost of delivery within Kuwait is stated in the quote we send you on WhatsApp or from our official email.

The cost of delivery outside Kuwait depends on the destination country and follows the international courier companies' rates at the time the order is made.

Most pieces are made to order. The delivery date is agreed with you when you order.

When your order arrives

Please check your order when you receive it. Paper pieces are delicate, so open the packaging carefully.

If a piece arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo on WhatsApp, preferably within 48 hours of delivery and no later than 14 days after you receive it. We will replace it or refund the amount paid for it.

Returns

You can return ready-made pieces and kits within 14 days of receiving them, unused and in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund of the amount paid. Arrange the return with us on WhatsApp or by email.

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, these cannot be returned: custom and personalised pieces made to your specifications, digital products once they have been sent, and workshop bookings for a set date (see the Terms of sale).

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Refunds

Refunds are paid within 7 days, by the same method you paid with, or by bank transfer if we agree it with you.
